Class Description: Hot Bamboo Massage involves the use of smooth heated bamboo canes for massage on the body. 

In this class students will: review the benefits and contraindications of bamboo massage, review items needed to perform bamboo massage, demonstrate proper sanitization methods on bamboo canes and equipment, and practice a routine.

From Instructor: Please bring the following items: massage table, 3 sets of sheets with face cradle covers and cream. Pen and note paper. Jackets, sweats, blankets to keep warm - as we all know hotels like to keep it cold!
